Commercial dispute resolution: the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution Division comprises three practice groups: commercial disputes, property and infrastructure disputes, and regulations and markets, and has a strong presence across all of our UK offices. Private wealth and tax: our team’s principal focus is securing the effective management, preservation and growth of wealth across the generations. Our tax and legal professionals operate as a single port of call for all our clients’ succession and tax planning needs, advising particularly on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as supporting families at the most difficult of times, with the administration of estates and associated tax compliance obligations.

The team provides tax compliance, advisory and accounting services for individuals and trusts and offers an integrated business tax advisory service spanning corporate tax, VAT and LBTT/Stamp Duty, among a range of other taxes. Our team also advises on effective philanthropy, charity law regulation and practice.
