The FCA Review of firms treatment of vulnerable customers is due to be published in Q1. In this session, we’ll provide a summary of the findings and focus areas, as well as the chance to hear from vulnerability leaders on their reactions, and the opportunities coming from the review.
We’ll cover key themes and discuss the areas of good practice, and the areas to improve. This webinar kicks off our broader SFE programme on Vulnerability for 2025 – we’ll be hosting a workshop for the CCN network and our vulnerability champions in late April, and our Vulnerability Summit later this year.
This session will be led by Lauren Peel from Inclusive Outcomes, a consultancy that helps organisations design, deliver and monitor good outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.
